Vol 2 is far lengthier than the first in this English version of the Spike Chunsoft masterpiece, and is way better of a read. And I enjoyed Volume 1 even though when in comparison to this one, the new content was sparse. Here, gaps are filled in almost every page in terms of stuff the games and films didn't tell us, and the writing and dialogue is even more impressive. These products are all so consistent and smart, its just unreal to me why more people haven't discovered this series. It may be overlooked by the masses due to its weird name or anime graphics, but trust me, those who do try it will have a hard time putting it down, (unless they are just boring people who are not into exciting things). This 2nd volume of the murder mayhem makes a ton of new revealations and remains a joy to read through time and again!! Masterpiece!!

If you got the first volume, you're gonna love this second volume! Naegi thought the class trials were over, but he was dead wrong. The story is pretty action-packed in this volume, with some exciting twists! The dialogue and art are still just as amazing as last time, but there isn't as much content from the game.

This ends on a cliff hanger--the class trial!
This is totally psycho! Murder and mayhem. So much stuff happens in this volume my mind is reeling. The characters in this series are downright pathological with some really weird stuff being revealed in this volume. The book ends with another trial about to begin.

12 year old loves this series and since new ones were out of stock, she ordered a used-like new one. Cover had multiple scratches but they were all small. There was also ripping at the top of the binding and a random sticker in the middle of the book. But she read and watched this whole series and thinks there should be books of s2 and s3. Great book. Recommend buying new one though.
